	Principle of operation of vibrating screens are based on II order differential equations.
	It has to balance between natural frequency of “ Spring mass systems” of oscillating screen and forced vibration produced by eccentric rotating mass.
	After optimizing between natural frequency and forced vibration of the eccentric mass, relative movement of stock particle and sieve- movement has to be matched to achieve free movement of stock through the holes.

Contaminated stock flows over Vibrating screen plate with perforations or SLITS. Usable fibre and water pass through the screen plate openings into the ACCEPT VAT. Contaminants remain on top of screen plate and move in the direction of REJECT OUTLET by the vibrating motion. Before contaminants reach REJECTS OUTLET they are washed by a spray to recover usable fibres.

Screen plate (drilled or slotted) and Accept Vat are in Stainless steel. The sprays are of stainless steel construction. Other parts which do not come in contact with stock are made of mild steel / C45. Support springs are of high grade spring steel guaranteed to give long trouble free operation. Vibrator motor with enclosed discs are directly mounted on to the shakers by means of Transverse rails.

This design reduces floor space requirement, eliminates shafts, coupling and bearings and ensures long trouble free service at lower capital cost and lower maintenance cost.

Computer optimized design assures high frequency and desires amplitude at extremely low power consumption, Jerks and noise are things of the past.

Every piece is tested for frequency, amplitude, smooth silent operation and power consumption in the presence of customer using his ‘Stock’

Guarantee: U-MAC Vibrating screens are guaranteed for 5 years. Motor coil is not covered by this if burnt due to vagaries of electricity supply, voltage variations and wrong setting of OL relay. Screen plate being a wear part is covered by independent terms of warranty covered by ‘order acceptance’ according to the type of stock and application.
